I posted this last year, but feel it deserves your attention. I have been using Ultra Brite as my only cleaner on the boat. Fiberglass, Stainless, Non-Skid, Lifeline Vinyl, it is awesome and requires little effort. My boat is in FL, and gets its share of bird crap and surface rust as well as dirty foot prints. Squirt some on the non-skid wetted and scrub with a nylon brush, it will look like new. On a wet sponge for the stantions/rails and lifline covers. The only thing it did not work well on was the hatch board. Rinse with clean rag and water. Will remove aluminum scuffs on fiberglass, just spot rub a little harder. At 99 cents a tube and eco-safe, splurge on Heineken!
Thanks for the great idea. I'm always up to save a few bucks on boat maintenance....maybe I'll combine this with a little dental floss for the "hard-to-reach" spaces and really pass my next exam!!
