I just published a web site for my 1983 Catalina-25 "Mysterious". There are two pages so far. The first one called "Mysterious" shows our work this past fall. The second page, "Mysterious Fix" show pcitures of projects I am working on. A lot of electrical stuff and a few questions in case anyone wants to reply and give advice.
I spent a most enjoyable "NJ summer" day on the boat today. Installed brass dome lights and covered cabin cushions with new fabric. All looks ship shape on deck and the boat did well over the winter in the water. Unfortunately I have to get a new motor and bracket before I can set sail.

The name "Mysterious" came from a kitchen counter conversation with my first mate when we were discussing possible names. We liked the sound of it and figured we were about to embark on a new adventure with the boat, adventures that could indeed be mysterious (such as that tiny puddle of water that accumulated near the galley stairs). When we saw the boat graphic proof we were sold. We knew it would look great on the dark navy hull.
