I'd given up hope, but it finally made it....
Have done that run four times now....
Look for another article in a future issue..."L'affaire Ratso"

Oscar's everywhere. I just opened the July issue of Soundings today and, lo and behold, there's his <i>Lady Kay</i> right in the thick of all the boats welcoming the Volvo 70's into the Chesapeake. Page 2, bottom of the photo. Looks like he's got a smaller boat about to sail right up his stern.

Emailed to confirm that it's Oscar but he hasn't responded yet.
