Will, if your desire is the leave the word document in Word form, I'd guess it could be displayed as a pic after locating it on the web but otherwise simply copy and paste the text from the document to the message composer of the forum.

How about post a link to the "whatever.DOC" file, explain what file type/format the link is to, and instruct those who want to download a copy to right-click on the link, and select [Save Link Target As...]. At least that's how it works in Netscape Navigator 7, and I believe in Ms Internet Explorer 6 too. Now that I think about it, it wouldn't surprise me if other browsers either do "Save target" differently or not at all.

It's only going to be useful to those who have Word on their system. Although I run windows, I don't have any MS Office utilities installed. I do have a converter though. Frank H. and other MAC folks will be out of luck.

Actually Macs have no problem with Word whether they have office or not. I can't imagine not having Office on a computer. Rick, drink the KoolAid. Access is the only thing Macs can't deal with.
Oh and everyone will be pleased to see that I now have both my monitors set to 1280x1024 so everyone can post MUCH larger pictures now and I won't need to scroll! (The world is an hysterically funny place to teachers the first week of summer vacation.)

Hi:

Thanks for the suggestions. The easiest method for me is to post the documents under four separate topics in this forum.

Will
