This will be my last rant - Nationals are over and I'm winding down shipping stuff back to people, preparing the financial statements and getting my name on the plaque...etc. I want to take one last post and thank all of the many sponsors and Edgewater Yacht Club that helped me put this event on. There were many, many others beyond what I note below, but these guys helped me in more ways than donating crap. Please give them and our association the courtesy of checking their prices. If we don't continue to support them they aren't going to keep helping us.

Of big note - Mauri Pro Sailing (you'll see the logos on the bows in pictures which will follow soon)

Freeman-Eckley Yacht brokerage who donated this years Trophies
Online OUtboards donated this years award Flags
Company Casuals (our online embroidery place) who donated the award hats.

Greg Koski Doyle Sails Cleveland- who gave an excellent presentation for many of our Wednesday arrivals...and also fixed a sail pre-race for one of our participants...

Rich Wilbur - Elvstrom-Sobstad Midwest - Who donated his loft for repairs during the regatta...thankfully noone needed the service, but it was there none-the-less. I should also Note that Elvstrom Sobstad Midewest made the sails for Both the Overall 1st and 2nd, the Tall rig first and the standard rig first boats. (it was only two boats in total, but he took the time to know the boat and the class rules and sewed together some fast cloth)

Mike Dills, Regional PRO - who endured daily phone calls from me so that I could rest assured I was doing stuf correctly.

Thanks to all of the rest of our sponsors.

Duane

Kudos to Duane for a GREAT Regatta, He put a lot of time and effort into this. The Edgewater Yacht Club was a Great Venue, the people there and the staff bent over backwards for us. They were a "can do" group. Please support our sponsers who support us. I would look forward to using the Edgewood Yacht club as a venue again.. Great Racing and Great chance to meet others in our sport. Alan & Eileen
