Thanks Frank. As far as sailing around here is concerned, it is winding down. I sailed yesterday for about five hours. It was 45 degrees and blowing 12 to 15 the whole time. There was plenty of sunshine so I stayed warm. Cheers.

Very good. That didn't take long at all. I know some folks that have been searching for over a year in the SE MI area. Good luck.

Did you see any other sails on St Clair yesterday ?

Hi Dave, yes there was one other sail on the lake. I did not see him much only when I was coming back into the Clinton River. Turns out the guy was slipped at Markley Marina too. Cheers.

Dennis, are you a member of the CRCA? If so, I'd like to know more about the association.

Thanks

Dave –. The CRCA (Clinton River Catalina Association is an all Catalina Fleet of which C-25 Fleet #3 is a part) has been organizing cruises, races and social functions on Lake St Clair since 1988. We are a fun group of sailors that sponsor between 6 and 8 local cruses & rendezvous per year. Here’s the CRCA website http://www.crcasail.org/ you can get an idea of the club and our activities by reading some of the past newsletters on the site. You can also find a membership application form with info about dues on the web site or I can email you a copy. >Also we have a membership meeting scheduled for next Sunday Nov 19 at 1:30pm at Kent Sail, sailmakers on Jefferson ave. between Crocker and Shook rds. You are more than welcome to come to the meeting and check out the club and meet some of the members of C-25 Fleet #3 and the CRCA before you decide to join. Just show up at the appointed time and place and ask for me. I think that Dennis (yes, he is a member) is planning on being there also.

Dennis pardon me for jumping in; I just happen to have the information handy and I try never to miss an opportunity to recruit a new member for Fleet #3. And by the way Congrats. on the new job!
