Hello again:
I just pulled the teak off my boat to work on it this winter. I was wondering what kind of glue I should use to re-apply it with. I would like to use something that would let me take it off again when I need to.
Joan.

Joan, I think its better not to 'glue' the wood back on. The idea is to use a sealant to keep the water from penetrating the holes that the screws go thru that actually hold the wood on. The best sealant is 3m 4200. Make sure its 4200, not 5200. If you use 5200, you might never get the wood off the boat again. Silicone products work, but i understand that once silicone gets on the fiberglass surface, its becomes contaminated for painting if you ever decide to do that in the future.
