We got to enjoy some great 15mph westerly winds on the lake today. I thought it was spring with so many boats being out. A few times the wind picked up and took us over on a 25 degree heel. As I held her steady heeled over, I noticed something different... there was no screaming or evil eye contact from the wife, life is good!

Would like to have gone out today, or tomorrow, but it's just a little on the chilly side here. I am headed up to the boat tomorrow though. We are checking on the winter tarp covering the cabin and just making sure everything checks out. Hmmmm... just the son and me are going....maybe we can dress warm

Winter has not hit here in S.E. Michigan and I could have been sailing this whole time but I bubbled my boat at the end of Nov. I was at the boat yesterday and it sounded like I was in an aquarium. Cheers.
