I have 2 gaps at either side of the very top of the top hatch board. These can't be water tight is ther any thing to do to close them? They are roughly .5 to .75 inch square.

Thanks,

As far as I know all C-25s have those gaps. Not only do they let a little water in during a driving rain, bees and wasps love to enter the cabin through them. I've thought about adding a small piece of rubber to the back of the top corners of the uppermost hatch board that would extend past the edge of the board and seal against the hatch jamb and the sliding hatch cover, but I haven't tried it yet. In the mean time, I've been stuffing small pieces of rag in the holes when I lay the boat up over the winter.
