Today was our 7 year anniversary, I asked the wife what she would like to do, and going up to the boat was the topic. We left the house around 11:00 and started the trek up tot eh lake, I grabbed the sails out of the garage, packed up the cooler and headed off. It was a great 84 deg. outside with a light wind of 7 to 10. The center board boats were off racing, and we had a great time sitting back and relaxing on a reach across the lake watching the other boats race. We had a couple of friends come along for the ride, and had a good light lunch after the sail.

I will upload a video in the next couple of days when I get the chance.

Same here Chris, we hit Grand Lake at about 10:30a and were out by 11:30. After searching for a several minutes for a winch handle that I dropped overboard, we finished out the afternoon and were back at the dock by 4:00p. Boy am I sunburned.

Wow...sorry Chris congratulations on your anniversary. I got so excited about the sailing I forgot to offer them. We have our 30th this September.

It was a nice relaxing day, and it was fun to throw up the sails and watch the tell tales blow in the wind. I was really messing around with trim.

It was a great time.
