I was not able to get the boat back for last weekend. So I just finished packing her up and a few last details. We get wet in about 12 hours or so. FINALLY, man the anticipation has been killing me.
I had trouble getting the engine started this afternoon. Like a dork I had the gasline reversed I switched it and it fired right up. I had no idea the ends are specific. DOH! First boat I have owned with an engine.
I would like to thank everybody for answers to recent posts and info I found in the archives. Though I have sailed various racing boats for over 30 years and can fix most things, things on a cruiser are quite different. I still have a laundry list of things I want to improve but they will not stop the splash. Do you wanna sail or work on the boat till she is perfect??? I'll go sailing. So tomorrow afternoon around 1 or2pm eastern I'll toast all with some spirits (vodka with 3 olives) I will think of all of my friends here and the help rendered.
Thanks,
Pete
