Has anyone seen the 2008 C-250 mk-II? I found one picture online and a brief description of some of the changes, but I would really like to know more.

Does anyone have any detailed pictures of the 2008 C-250? How about a new brochure of any sort?

Any information - pictures, stories, opinions - would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I just came across the following description from http://www.gisails.com/boats/catalina/sport/250water/ :

quote:
The new Catalina 250 MkII has been upgraded with new opening port windows forward in the cabin and a low-profile Bomar deck hatch over the V-berth. It also features a new mast from US Spars, which is a major improvement over previous versions. The hull to deck joint has been upgraded, and the water ballast tank and valve have been improved.

I don't recall seeing discussion on the alterations to the water ballast tank/valve, or the hull/deck joint. Can anyone explain?

Jim,

I don't know about the changes.
It's funny the link only has pictures of the old model.
In fact, all the interior pictures are not a water-balast but a winged-keel (more headroom).

I like the 2 opening ports they added. But look small to me.
