The wood accordian is not replaceable at any price so if you do go with something new you can most likely sell the old piece here for good $.

Jim,

You can still purchase accordian doors at places like Home Depot.

I gave a near new set to some friends who's boat dearly wanted them. I use a nice cloth shower curtain. Sew a curved bottom hem to it and it is perfect. I still use the plastic strap to hold the curtain back and I open and close the curtain by lifting the curtain ring hole off of two hooks. The "closed" hook is at the starboard side of the doorway and the "open" hook is an equal distance along the port bulkhead. So the curtain is completely gone when not in use.

Good idea. Thanks again again, Frank. Sometimes I think that my "good idea" machine has gone south. Or maybe I left it with my reading glasses.

Wellers, that plastic bottle started out with Early Times in it. I sometimes buy a bottle of something to get its plastic bottle. The older I get the sweeter Wellers tastes, which is not good. My favorite Bourbon is JW Dant, not sweet at all. Most people consider it lower than call whiskey so it is hard to find.

The top picture is Butterschnapps, very tasty.

Interesting adaptation of a binocular rack (sideways).

I had new custom seat backs made which you see in the photos. They are shorter which effectively increases the seating depth which our shallow little settees need. That frees the regular stock seatbacks for other duty. The second cushion you see is the standard seatback. There are snaps on the platform which the cushion snaps to so it cannot slide off the platform. When it is not being used as a bed cushion it acts as a side cushion in the quarterberth.
