has anyone had to replace the cover to the whale bilge. mine is cracked. i have not been able to locate a replacemnt cover. i emailed whale and have not received a response. thanks.

Unless things have changed, be prepared to buy the whole frigging pump repair kit rather than just a cover.

I did mend the crack in mine with 3M 5200 when I got the price of the pump repair kit.

Gorilla Glue! Works great on plastics. Just be real careful about the visible (front) of the panel getting glue on it. It really does expand (foams) up to about 3 times the volume of glue you put on. I fixed our microwave door handle with it and you really would never know it had broken.

I would repair the crack then if needed, spray the face with Krylon.
