Boy was Monday good at the Delaware shore! 80 degrees...winds from the Southeast at 15 to 20..relatively flat water..what a day! Reefed before leaving, and only used about 70% of my jib. I tacked..and tacked...and tacked to the South end of the bay...then unfurled the rest of the jib, put out the whisker pole, raised the board and had one long glorious wing on wing downwind sail all the way back to the marina! Ran about 6.4 (by GPS) upwind and about 6 downwind. I have been waiting since last October for a sail like this! Willy
