Hi
I plan to replace lower gudgeon to new style gudgeon with delrin bushing. Does anybody has this gudgeon ? How strong is delrin bushing
and how often do you replace it ?

I have the upper and lower with delrin, and it takes all the slop out of the tiller. You need the bushing for both. You may have a problem with inserting a retainer on the upper pintle - see Catalina Direct's note. I have only had it for a year, but I have added delrin bushings to my Jeep and Miata suspensions for increased stifffness in transient respose and they are very durable with very high loads.
