Hey John - Do you ever go to Buffalo for fun? You should really take your wife to Niagara Falls. You owe it to her.

Want to bring an anchor along for the trip?

Could someone post links for the bimini hardware needed for a 2-piece gin pole? I'd like to order on sale tonight but can't get to the boat to do measurements.

Thx!

Don't bother to answer at this point. I had to go ahead and order, so I took some guesses as to what Randy used on his system.

I ordered two of these:
http://www.marinepartdepot.com/newss316bigb.html

and one of these:
http://www.marinepartdepot.com/newststdehiw.html

and one of these:
http://www.marinepartdepot.com/new316ststto1.html

plus a couple of other things for other applications.

I'll post any other questions on one of the existing gin pole topics.

Rick you got some great prices. Please sign up for their email. I get notices at least 4 times a year. Good luck with sizing.

I just placed an order for 2 of the 1" split ss mount hinges.

I feel a project coming on! (Moving my Bimini to the cat bird seats!)

Total was $31.72 for both of them

Prices are as little as 1/5th the standard price. Today is the last day.

That's a great price for those mounts. I've been debating whether I could mount a mast cradle by putting a couple on the vertical part of the railing behind the helm, along with these on the cradle tubing:

http://www.marinepartdepot.com/ststqupinred.html

It seems this might be easier/cheaper/more easily removable than an extra set of pintles and gudgeons.

Comments?

Getting worried!
No sign of my order yet and their voicemail box is full and no reply to email

Rick, did your order arrive?

Yes, my order did arrive via Priority Mail. I wasn't keeping close track, but I think it was less than a week, which is pretty impressive given that it was cross-country.

I did not place a second order for the split mount hinges - still thinking about that one.

FYI, they sent me two confirmation emails. The first one confirmed the order, the second one confirmed its shipment and included a tracking link. If you did not get these emails, then your order may not have gone through.

Was your credit card charged?

Mailing label says:

Turquoise, Inc
28562 Oso Pkwy D-311
Rancho Sta MARG CA 92688-5595

I think this is the same address that their site shows.

Did they send you a tracking link? If not, doesn't PayPal offer guarantees against non-delivery?
