His shipping rates are horrible, he's charging 7x what the USPS charges to ship the winches he's selling. You can ship up to 70lbs in a flat rate box for about $7, he wants $49+. I was interested in the winches till I read that. I can't stand people who try to make up for the crap they're selling by charging an arm & a leg for shipping & handling.
