I'd rate ours at a 5. Here on Lake St Clair MI we had a cool and wet season. It seemed like summer struggled to get started and just couldn't get any momentum. The winds were sporadic and clocked frequently. Maybe next season will be an improvement. Managed to get in 9 or 10 overnight cruises in spite of the weather. Rum weather.
