Try as I might, I have been unsuccessful in thawing Utah Lake to put my C25 back in.
So Saturday I went sailing up on Great Salt Lake on a Hunter 31 for the day. (Great Salt Lake doesn't freeze over in the winter.) I realize it's not a Catalina so some may consider it off-topic, but hope that those of you still iced in this winter will be willing to look the other way long enough to enjoy a picture blog of the trip vicariously. There are some C30 photos in the mix...
It is uncanny to see two of my most favorite things together: snow covered mountains and a large body of water for sailing. What a brilliant idea to go on the trip in the first place. Thank you for your pictures and well written article.
