I don't want to sound like the Lone Ranger, But have any of you (especially the lake sailors) ever tried this stuff

It's about $20 cheaper than VC-17, but, because it's Zinc based I don't know if it works as well in fresh water, where alge growth is the big problem.

But then I wouldn't have any use at all for the crew.

Now let's get back to the question is this silver bullet good enough to shoot down VC-17.
