I have some old sails taking up space in my garage and want to know if anyone is interested in them. The PPO (i'm the PO) sold them to me with the boat and I never used them. I did take them out into the yard and look at them this morning.
* Mainsail. One stitched up tear about 7" long in the leech. Material looks to be in decent shape, stitching looks good. Steel slug shackles. Catalina 25 symbol.
* Genoa in servicable condition; material in good shape, stitching good; a few rust stains along the luff. Brass hanks. Looks to be about a 110%.
These sails aren't going to win any races, but they'd get you from here to there.
I'd be willing to sell them both for $150 plus shipping if anyone wants them; otherwise, they're just taking up room so they'll soon be turned into dacron gear bags :)
