It depends on your local situation I would think. If you're in a Marina and going through your anodes in a hurry, I'd say yes. But I'm no expert, have just read a few threads here where guys have had problems.
If you are at a marina with 110V shore power used by many of the skippers, then one or more of the boats could leak current into the water. It seems less likely without shore power. If you have metal parts below the waterline, you could experience galvanic corrosion.
You could ask your marina management if they routinely test the water for stray current. They may be more interested if you mention the risk of electrocution and drowning to any boat owners, guests or staff who happen to be in the water near a boat with faulty wiring.
