Good thing he let go (from about 30' up)! Whadaya think--35 knots of wind? Looks like he managed a nice 5.5 entry!

Tomas, thanks for sharing. First time I saw "acrobatic" sail boarding was off the coast of Nederland in the 1990s. . . except they were only about 3 meters off the water!

We have kite boarders in Milford who regularly get more than 30 meters above the beach and hover there for a long time.

Here's a shot while several were actively surfing.
