Not bad as far as reality shows go. I find the stuff they said about the Marquesas pretty scary about the immigrants and the danger they pose if that's for real. Of course it's probably exaggerated? Anyways, every now and then they salvage a sailboat. It's worth a watch.

We see it here in SoFla, stupidly dramatic. They have shown where they have to urgently pull a capsized boat from the intracoastal, but it already had the mark of an abandoned wreck on the hull.
These reality shows, where everyone is a hick that does discredit to those that actually make their living from providing a service, and excessive drama is the game, are nothing but Ad fodder.
I personally think the program is mostly phony with hokey comments except for some of the actual salvaging of a vessel part. I record it and sift through it and only watch the salvage segments. Guess I watch about 5 or so minutes out of 30 minutes.
I tried to watch it, but could not get through it. I would be interested in watching how professional salvagors (is that the word?) work. But all of the hokey contrived drama is just too much to bear.
I wondered about the Marquesas thing....if they were really that dangerous. I haven't seen any news segs on boat owners losing their boats to immigrant pirates running out of the trees and taking their vessel. I would hope that our govt leaders would be doing something about that......but then, I'd hope our govt would protect our southern borders and land owners from Mexican drug cartels.......
I started a thread on this a few weeks back. The show was kinda interesting to watch the first time, but I agree with the general sentiment, it's a reality show, so the drama is intentionally ramped up. I've watched it once since the debut show and was less than impressed. Although I admit I like watching the actual salvage parts, the imposed drama is too stupid to sit through like nearly every other "reality" show.
What did they say about the Marquesas? I didn't see that.
