Hello All- I am in the market for a 135% furling genoa.
I currently have a 150% furling genoa that came with the boat when purchased in 2007. I believe the sail to be around 2001 vintage.
I am not an expert at rating sail condition but I would say fair, definitely, better than usable; will require some cleaning, sunbrella not sun baked but requires repair (snagged it last year in high winds, a portion has come unstitched from the leech.
I am looking to move to a 135% as (as counseled here previously)the 150% is just too much sail for the Great Lakes. I am flexible here in terms of approach. Will consider buying your 135, selling the 150% outright, trading a 150 for 135, a trade with cash or another item.
I will take some picture of the 150 genoa as soon I can spread it out on dry ground.
In terms of an outright sale, I really have no idea what the market is for a used 150. Let me look around and get back to you. I'd be happy to entertain offers of course, I can be reached at e d d i e d e e at ameritech dot net
I am really just trying to defray some of the cost of a replacement 135
