May 24 2013, I just purchased a 1985, 223. the centerboard will not drop. Is this a problem with the 223? It appears the bilge has held water but now dry. There appears to be a U bolt with fresh caulk in the bilge, two nuts coming up from the underside.
Any help is appreciated
