This is the best 25 I was able to find, It may be the best one you will find too!

Main points: L-dinette, Swing Keel, Bottom prepped & painted by me every 2 years, Whole boat kept in
immaculate condition, by myself and the 3 former po's. The swing keel trunk
has been fully rebuilt, the floor has been laid with teak and holly, new table, has add'tl
**25 gallon fuel tank**, 10 hp Johnson motor, 3 sails, incl. Spinnaker. Also comes
with **Beautiful dodger**. Has **BBQ**, 3 burner stove, OVEN, electric sink, Head
with Macerator. Also has 2 external propane tanks, All cushioning redone, as
well as new window shades (not shown). Fresh water only. Has newer
pionneer stereo with mp3 plug, Blaupunkt speakers inside
with one waterproof speaker out. (comes with replacement speaker as well) Has VHF too, anchor, and motor runs great. Sails even better.

I've owned it for 9 years, been in dry storage every winter, currently boat is in the water; will
be on the hard soon, which means the mast will come down and put on Trailer.

I put in custom window shades (not pictured). I also put in the new table and floor, as well as all new canvas pieces except the sail cover. These were just purchased summer 2012: Cost $350.

Tiller Cover
2 Winch covers (there are 4 total winches on the boat)

Propane Cover

Boat also received new main halyard in 2012, new rolling furler sheet in 2011. The rolling furler is the open exposed type, not the closed out internal type which is difficult to repair.
