Dear all: After having work done on my boat I noticed that there is a big opening leading to where the battery is stored. The yard is not very forthcoming about what goes in there. I maintain there should be some piece of plywood or something else... Could you please help?

Somebody will undoubtedly have a photo but, I don't.
My cover for that opening is the same white melamine laminate as the rest of the rear bulkhead. It's not a big issue if it's missing. I typically leave my cover off anyway for quick access to check my holding tank, steering linkage, etc.
