Mine was real shot and delaminating. Ended up epoxying it together and clamping it, sanding, staining and sealing it. Turned out bring new. Not to thread jack, if anyone has a spare hatchboard (the lowest one), I could really use a new one, thanks.

I have a fin keel -- but one of the teak(ish) openings was in sad shape and I took it to a marine carpenter and over a winter he made me a new one for @$50.00 which has looked great ever after. You might see what furniture or marine carpenters are in your area and see what why would charge for proper replacement.
