I should remember this but it has been too long. Help! Where do I find the instructions for posting a picture to this forum?

At the top of your post is a yellow flag image with two mountains. Click it. You will now have two bracketed (img). Find your picture on the internet or hosting site and copy image address. Now paste the address between the two bracketed (img).

If you want the long version click on 'Association Forum' then down at the bottom'Testing Forum' Then 'How to post photos'.

And if you are looking for a place to upload your photos from which to post them, you can use the photo gallery at left. Once you post them there obtain the URL code, then place that info between the brackets. For sizing 640x480 or so is a good size. If you post, use the "preview" button to check the image position and size before submitting your reply.
