If you are making hatchboards, simple dimensional measurements are not enough. You also need to angle the top and bottom edges to prevent water from getting into the cabin.
I WAS GOING TO ORDER SOME FROM CD. THEY NEED EXACT MEASURMENTS. I GUESS THEY VARY SOME FROM BOAT TO BOAT. I MADE MY LAST SET OUT OF MOHOGANY AND THAT WAS A MISTAKE. JUST HAPPENED TO HAVE SOME SPARE IN THE WOODSHOP. THEY CUPPED SOMETHING TERRIBLE. STICK WITH THE TEAK. JOHN ON MS ACHSA #77
