What pieces are you looking to replace? I was able to order some, but others I ended up having to make myself after waiting for months and finding out that they were not available.
I looked on the Catalina Direct website but couldn't find anything on buying teak. Just how pricey is that stuff? Some of the marine lumber sites I've looked at have been extremely costly for raw lumber. I can just imagine what it would cost to buy pieces that have been customized to the C-25.
I am finishing a project in Singapore (my paying job) and I am thinking about shipping a small container of teak back for some of my woodworking hobby projects (one of my playing jobs). Replacing some of the teak on my 1982 TR WK Hull# 3002 has been on my worklist for a long time. If the Catalina Direct costs are so high, then that's one more argument that I can use to convince the Admiral of the economic benefits of shipping back a bunch of wood.

Catalina Direct Doesn't have much more than 5% of their merchandise on the website. Your best bet is to call and talk to the rep on the phone.
Teak is one of the most pricey hardwoods. Just buying it outright without any millwork or other cutting involved to make a part is between 14 and 18 bucks a board foot. To give you an comparison, Oak is around 3 to 5 bucks a board foot.
I had to replace the threshold on my 89wk as it was split and the DPO tried to repair it with wood putty and made a mess of it. I sent the old piece to Catalina and they sent it to their wood shop and duplicated it for me. Cost about 25 bucks and about 6 for shipping. they did a great job. I only had to do some minor rasping on it when I reinstalled it. I bedded it in lots of silicone so It wouldn't split again as the fiberglass under the threshold isn't level. I used silicone just in case I have to ever remove it. If you are looking for a new handrail CD wants about 85 bucks each. C-ME Marine sales wants43 for an 8 loop 83" rail, or 39 for a 7 loop rail. I wish I found them before I refinished mine as I would have gone for a replacement. It takes lots of time to strip and sand a rail. I'm still looking for a supplier for small pieces of teak plywood
Speaking of teak-replacement. How about the two pieces of wood that hold the (are they called) crib boards? One of mine broke off at the top and there isn't enough to glue it. can I buy these? How much do you 'spose?
To replace teak call the catalina parts factory and talk to the parts department. Send them your broken piece and they will send it to their wood shop to have a replacement made. That's how I got a threshold made. They did a great job. Fine quality piece of teak too.
