Do you mean they sent it unsolicited? I have certainly spent enough with them to qualify for anything they do for customers--do I need to ask them, pay for it again, or what?

Dave - it just came in the mail...definitely unsolicited. It's apparently their first new edition since Fall 2000. (It will be nice to suffer the "sticker shock" BEFORE we call now!)
