do the all require a hole through the deck? or are there REAL "see thru the hull" without a hole?

Hi Steven,

Depth finder transducers do not need to be mounted with a hole through the hull. All you really need to do is epoxy the transducer to the inside of the hull. My preferred location is at the aft end of the V-berth compartment near the bulkhead.
