Ha! Just goes to show that you just can't plan anything! Things are going well though, just put two coats of paint on today now that the weather finally subsided.
I feel so bad for all those poor folks that have had their homes ripped apart by tornadoes! I've been through that here in Little Rock, Arkansas back in 1999 and know what they are going through. They have a lot of rebuilding to do. So I can't really complain too much about the storms that delayed my project as we did not go through that this time!

Thanks for the compliments on the website! I should have something up next week. So exhausted with the bottom job. Finished tonight, splashing tomorrow. Loved taking the tape off the bootstripe to see this wonderful crisp and clean line of bottom paint. Soooooo glad it's done. I replaced the cable and turning ball and plan to put a pic of it online to show the wear! Tomorrow I will take final pics before putting back in the water! The interior and topsides are trashed! Spending tomorrow cleaning and Mother's day taking my Mom out for a sail. Can't wait. I have canvas at the top shop getting made and restitched. Making some lifeline cushions from pipe warmers and clear waterhose type tubing covered in sunbrella and they are making a boot for my bimini and new recovered cockpit cushions all in matching tan colored sunbrella with brown trim. Will take pics of that as well.
Patrick, for some reason I couldn't get to open your photos at your site. Just a quick question though. How much time did it take to get the paint job done, excluding rain down time? Thanks, and the job looks great.
