Interesting. At 1400 EDT, the line between 10-20 and 20-30 was definitely above the Rapahannock. My son and I finally got "Even Chance" away from the dock at Urbanna today. We poked our nose out into the Rappahannock. . . never raised the main. I would have needed a third reef point to sail today. Winds were definitely above 20, gusting to 30.
But, we cleaned the bottom a little and blew the carbon out of the outboard. A bad day on the boat is better than a good day at home.
