I have a 83 25 and need to replace the plastic transom trim which self destructed. I have the part number from the parts list but cnnot seem to find a place/person/number to complete the order. Can anyone help?

Try Catalina Direct @ www.catalinadirect.com or you could find contact info for Catalina at www.catalinayachts.com. If you contact Catalina you'll get a better response from phone or fax (they don't deal well w/ email from what I've heard).

I gat one from Catalina ddealer...they ordered it...it seems taht it has a dual application...it also works on the C22. As a result the upper ends of the sides need to be trimmed in order to fil. A Dremil Tool works well...If you screw it up, it's only about 10 bucks...

Dear W-W,
I have ordered parts for my C25 various times from Catalina and they have been very helpful and prices reasonable. Number for Catalina is 1-884-7700. Fax is 1-818-704-6612. You can call and speak to Tom, who is very helpful/ knowledgeable. Knows his Catalina models and parts. He will suggest that you then fax a request for the part to them with your credit card no. and they will ship to you. It comes in a few days UPS.

I seem to remember someone saying they got some aluminum strip and made one out of that.
