What paint (manufacturer and specific color and model number) is recommended to repaint the tan/beige deck areas of the topside?

Thanks.

(1) DON'T PAINT YOUR DECK - you'll regret it the reat of the time you own the boat

(2) What's the reason or cause that makes you want to paint it in the first place?

I want to paint, or perhaps more accurately, put a non-slip deck finish on the the walking areas and cockpit aras. The current areas with the molded in patterns and colored beige are worn and no longer non-slip.

Suggestions?

Wow, I've never heard of gelcoat wearing through, but considering your hull number I suppose . . .

I would contact Minicraft of Florida first - which sells professional gelcoat products and have original colors.

If that's not appealing then I'd look at topside paints offered by Petit - prep will be key of course.

Keep in mind when you get a scratch in paint you'll have to feather it out before re-painting. Gelcoat is much more durable and forgiving - hence my all caps above.

Good luck.
