Anyone have any recommendations on sealant for fastening exterior teak (pop top track/handrails)? I am also about to "rebed" a few very leaky windows. Any suggestions/success stories with a silicone type sealant, or do those new rubber inserts from CD work OK?
Thanks,
Chris

I used 3M 4200 (NOT 5200) to rebed the teak and a exterior window chaulk for the bead around the window (& frame). The inside rubber lining around the windows does not help with waterproofing.
