July 19, we went out for a quiet sailing day ( weather forecast said SW winds up to 20 kms/hour ) an foud ourselves 2 hours into our trek with a stormy sky and gusting winds of 35 kms ( 23 knots ) and 2 to 3 feet waves and white caps. Thanks to you I had reefed the main and half furled the jib. It was fun to say the least and the boat was handling very well and i was enjoying the spray from the bow cutting into the waves closed hauled.
So far so good. This boat is a fast boat under light wind and a boat that needs experience under severe conditions. I am getting this experience and it makes me feel ever more confident that this is quite a good design.
