For you folks that are coming up this weekend, I will leave my space open for you as I am heading out Thursday morning (barring fog) to the Port Tounsend Jazz Festival, and will not be returning until late Sunday, July 27th.

Because the weather has been hot and sunny for the past three weeks, the marina has had their share of transients.

You will still have to register with the marina, but I will tell them to hold the slip for the Catalina fleet if needed.

Vancouver will also be a party town starting the 30th of July with their annual fireworks every Wednesday and Saturday for two plus weeks. This is a competition between various countries with music included! We hope to get up there for the first Saturday show in August, and spend a week enjoying the sites of Vancouver and Granville Island.

If you see a Cape Dory 28 with black dodger and side curtains, and the name Dragon Tale on the back, please give us a hollar!!
