I have the Snapfurl, and have had problems with it, due to halyard wrap having to replaced the 2 piece foil. The halyard angle at the mast head has to be set at the correct angle. Given an opportunity to start over I would of purchased the CDI.
If you haven't bought the CDI furler yet, I would advise you not to.
