Will someone who has installed water tank in bow let me know what they used and other details and ideas about it. My inder sink tank is 6 gallons. I want around 30 with electric pump to galley.

We did not retrofit a tank in the front, but use it for storage (deflated dingy, spare anchor, etc) and have found the extra weight up from levels the boat out & makes it easier to handle. (we have a wing keel)

Like myself, you have a model that predates Catalina's change of fresh water tank to the V berth.

Here are a few suggestions. Two 9 gal Todd tanks will fit well in the V berth back against the bulk head leaving most of the V berth locker free. Just Y
