Long story short, our 9.9 horse Evinrude was acting ,well, rude. It would run rough at low speeds, and occasionally quit all together, run ok at high speeds but sounded funny. The speed produced was not the same and the fuel consumption seemed higher. We

My theory on wasps and such is that once they start building a nest, they expect it to be in the same place every time they return to work on it. If you move it (the boat and thereby the nest) 50', they can't find it. I've seen this when I had a smaller
