Hi there,
The weather forecast for east Tennesse today was for a mix of snow and Ice, so I decided not to tow my beast across the mountains today. (no guts)
That leaves me one less day in the Keys.
I'll leave in the morning.
A racer friend of mine will fly down for 6 days of sailing, Then another friend will come down for a week. He is an experienced whitewater paddler, like myself, and really likes to put the rail in the water and push it to the limit.
I hope to have some good stories (lies) for you when I get back.

Hope you have a GREAT time! If you ever feel like hauling your boat out west, perhaps you could join us for a cruise in the San Juan/Gulf Islands some summer.

Frank, you still around, or did you get away. the weather in e. tenn sounds really cruddy! When you do get away, have a great time.

i just got back tonight from a motorcycle road trip from charleston, sc to key largo. to make a long story very short, i rode a harley davidson 1200 sportster 1,354 miles (exactly) in 4 days. i will remember the trip for the rest of my life, but i will not try anything like that ever again.
