A friend of mine is cruising the carribean and has run out of her favorite varnish, armada. She is wondering if you can apply cetol which she can get there over the armada. I'm aware that cetol is more orange. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

I believe Cetol must be applied over bare wood and not over another finish.
