Our club had its annual regatta this past weekend, with an unusual Movement at the end. This morning as I arrived for my duties on the race committe there was an different smell in the air. Looking off in the direction of where mark 1 use to be a new floating hazzard was pointed out. There was a dead cow floating towards our docks. All comments following were steaed toward this bovine event. Two memebers of the club went out in clubs runabout and lassoed the beast and towed it toward the waters edge near the boat ramp. The racing went on after this little delay, during the last race the race committee leader was talking about the extra trophies she had ordered. I quickly vouluntereed to go get some minature cows to attatch to them and we came up with our "Bloated Bovine Award", we are also thinking of remanming the regatta to reflect the BBA.
