After bending a T Bolt on the forward lower shroud while raising the mast last weekend (dumb me) I forgot to measure the turnbuckle size before leaving the marina in order to get the proper replacement (double dumb me). The parts manual on the forum isn't very helpful. Does anyone know off hand (or can easily measure) the correct diameter size?

I did the same thing 2 weeks ago the same way you did. The size is 5/16". I bought the replacement at West Marine for $8.99, but I think Catalina Direct has better stuff. Look at thread I started on this site called T-Bolt & Toggle Strength last week. www.csjohnson.com site is good too.
