A hint for those with gas grills (boat or at home) that do not get enough heat for cooking. All gas regulators have an adjusting screw under the round sticky label on the regulator. Peel back the label or simply push a small phillips head screwdriver htrough the label. There is a small phillips screw that, if turned clockwise, will increase gas flow through the regulator (or decrease if turned counterclockwise). Turn you're inefficient grill into one that will work perfectly !
